You might be feeling…

  • unsure what direction you’re going in

  • overwhelmed or stuck in your thoughts

  • like everyone else has it figured out but you don’t

  • like you want to talk, but don’t know where to start

How can counselling help?

Counselling offers space - away from the noise of everyday life - to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.

It can help you notice how things are affecting you, how you’re showing up in your life, and what might need your attention.

Over time, this space can support you in feeling more like yourself - and more able to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Life is messy, and people are messy. Counselling can help gently untangle some of that.

My approach to counselling:

  • I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.

Our sessions are led by you - we go as quickly or slowly as you like.

I’ll listen carefully, reflect things back, and support you in making sense of your thoughts and feelings.

  • I follow the BACP’s values which are summarised below:

    • Respect and dignity
Valuing each person’s rights, individuality, and cultural background.

    • Relief of distress
Supporting clients in reducing emotional suffering and managing difficulties.
